French Almond and Pear Tart

- 3-5 red pears if you want all of the pear halves to have stems, use 5 pears
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 7 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup extra fine almond flour
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 lemon
