  • 3-5 red pears if you want all of the pear halves to have stems, use 5 pears
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup extra fine almond flour
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 lemon
