Maple-Apple Chai Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups milk/non-dairy milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup diced apples about 1 medium apple
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Place into a large container or four smaller containers – mason jars work great.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
  • Serve cold or at room temperature.
