Ingredients

milk/non-dairy milk

rolled oats

cup
diced apples
about 1 medium apple

tablespoon
maple syrup
1/4
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1/4
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
ground cardamom
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place into a large container or four smaller containers – mason jars work great.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
